例によってそもそも論として、ぶっちゃけエロゲはもちろん表現の自由すらどうでもいい話なのだが、なぜなら民主的な手続きなんざ踏む必要ねえからだけど（サンジュスト君さいこー）、そもそも論として、「表現の自由を守ること」どころか「表現の自由」自体どうでもいい。なにしろおれも、この糞くだらねえ社会というゲームの参加者で（もっとも明らかにプレイヤーではないがｗ）うっかりしてた。
たとえば日本は世界一安全だと、おれも自慢に思ってホルホルしてるのだが、そもそも論として、この文明社会の目的は「安全」（たとえば殺人ゼロを実現する）ではない。
そもそも、いま現在の人権の及ぶ範囲がおかしくて、生まれてきた者（特に子供）が野生状態と同じように、まず自然環境による淘汰によって選別されるだろうことを前提にしている。（←だから生まれてきて生き延びた者には特別に、人権というものが与えられる確たる根拠がある、という理屈）現在は文明の第一段階といえるだろう。
我々はもう第二段階に進むべきなのだ。すなわち、現状では「生まれる前にあらかじめ選別されて殺されている」人間を可能な限り救済するということ。人権の範囲が大幅に拡張されるが、テクノロジーによって対応することは理論上、充分可能。
まず考えてみることだけでも始めない限り、幼年期の終わりが来やしねえ。表現の自由を制限する低脳どもうっぜー。
